This sandwich bread is so soft yet has so much flavor to it, it is absolutely amazing! You will not want to go to store bought sandwich bread ever.

MVP player in this recipe is my 170 yr old sourdough starter named "Phoebe". I got this starter from a bakery in San Francisco and it has a track record going back to 1853, the Gold Rush time, being passed down to many a baker and bakeries.
