"Phoebe" - My Dehydrated Sourdough Starter

Phoebe is a 170 yr old starter that originates back to the Gold Rush days. This starter was used in a San Francisco bakery that closed down in the 2000s. Former employees of said bakery kept the starter alive and well and shared with many. The starter is claimed to have been passed down since 1853 and I am happy to share it with you.

Simply follow the provided instructions once you receive it to create your very own "Phoebe" sourdough starter in just a matter of days. Very active and bubbly!
