Organic Sourdough Artisan loaf made from all natural and organic ingredients. Flour is organic and never enriched, bleached, or bromated. Sourdough is amazing for gut health. Easier to digest than regular commercial yeast bread.

MVP player in this recipe is my 170 yr old sourdough starter named "Phoebe". I got this starter from a bakery in San Francisco and it has a track record going back to 1853, the Gold Rush time, being passed down to many a baker and bakeries.
