Join me, The Sourdough Lady, for a cozy holiday edition of my popular beginner-friendly sourdough class, hosted at Wandering Leaf Brewing Company in Saint Paul, MN.

This special 2-hour Christmas workshop is the perfect way to learn the magic of sourdough while enjoying the warmth of the season. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or you’ve tried and struggled before, you’ll leave with the confidence (and dough!) to bake a beautiful, festive Christmas themed loaf at home.

In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn:

• Understanding, feeding, & gifting a sourdough starter
• Mixing and developing your dough by hand
• Adding inclusions, developing dough & fermentation
• How to shape, and bake at home
• How to gift sourdough — from wrapping baked loaves beautifully to sharing your starter with others this Christmas season

And for this holiday edition, we’ll be making a Cranberry, Walnut, and Orange Zest sourdough loaf for you to bake at home – perfect for your Christmas table or gifting to loved ones.

What to bring:

• One medium-large sized bowl (for mixing and taking your dough home)

We love kids, and they are welcome in this class! Suitable for ages 14+.

Only one participant per paid ticket is allowed to attend. Due to venue space and class format, no additional guests, observers, or plus ones are permitted. Thank you for understanding!

Return & Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens. If you’re unable to attend, your registration is transferable to another class date or to another guest in your place with notice. If you notify us at least 72 hours before class, we’ll gladly issue you a class credit to use for a future event.

Please note: due to the time, ingredients, and preparation involved in each class, credits and transfers are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event. We reserve the right to cancel the event due to low bookings and offer a full refund or transfer to another class. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
